There’s something different about seeing something in real life for the first time.
Up until this weekend, Eat Beautiful had only really existed behind the scenes.
In conversations. In samples. On my kitchen bench.
And then suddenly… it didn’t.
We hosted a small preview over the weekend.
Nothing huge.
Just a room of women (and some men), some coupe glasses and the first chance to actually experience the ritual.
And that was the part I was most curious about.
To see and hear people's real time first impressions (because you can't hide your honest reactions).
Because Eat Beautiful was never meant to feel like a supplement.
It was always meant to feel like a moment.
Something you reach for in the morning. Or mid-afternoon.
Something that sits on your bench, not hidden in a cupboard.
And almost immediately, it clicked.
Glasses in hand. Talking about flavours. Energy. Hydration and daily rituals.
No explaining needed.
There’s something really amazing about watching an idea move out of your head and into someone else’s routine.
It becomes real.
We served it the way it was always intended.
A beautiful glass. A small pause in the day.
Not rushed.
Not functional.
Just… considered.
It felt calm.
Easy.
And exactly like what I had imagined from the beginning.
We’re only a few days away from opening now.
And if this weekend was anything to go by, I think you’re going to understand it straight away.
