our founder.
Hi I’m Rachel, founder of Eat Beautiful.
Eat Beautiful didn’t start in a boardroom. It started in a hospital bed.
A couple of years ago, I landed in ICU with a sodium imbalance, which led to me losing 8kgs in 3 weeks.
What I didn’t know was that an asymptomatic case of Covid had triggered severe hyponatremia, throwing my body completely off balance.
That moment changed everything.
And forced me to see beauty and wellness differently.
I realised that health and beauty aren’t guaranteed by being “fit” or “doing all the right things.” They come from a much deeper place: balance, consistency and rituals that sustain you.
For me, beauty isn’t about chasing perfection or adding more steps.
It’s about creating small, intentional rituals that become visible in your skin, your energy, and your presence.
That’s the philosophy behind Eat Beautiful.
Beauty from the inside out. Ritual over routine. Glow that lasts.
Eat Beautiful is here to make beauty effortless again.
Not through more products or endless routines, but through rituals that feel beautiful in themselves.
For now, start with the Summer Glow Recipes. Let them be your entry point into beauty from within.
Let’s redefine glow together. The ritual starts here.
